jan. 21, hi guys, this cold winter weather is really making me want to eat. i am going to the gym at 5pm. i have not weighed in since last week , hope i have lost.

I have been taking half hour cardio classes at my local gym along with one hour weight an toning classes. When I cant make it to the gym I usually take my dog for a one mile walk, atleast this way i'm still fitting the excersize into my busy scedule. As far as my diet goes, i'm trying to keep my calorie intake under 1200 which is going well so far, i will update you on my weight saturday.

hi, i have lost 5lbs, im going to the gym everyday, for 3 weeks now. i have stopped all alcoholic beverages, that were puffing me up. i also have cut out most carbs, i hope to meet my 30 lb goal.
